How to let resellers sell your software: credits, prices and key tracking

Give resellers an account and credits, set what each key costs, and let them make keys for their customers from their own portal, while PWF Auth keeps the books, refunds and every sale for you

Resellers can sell your program in places you never reach: other countries, other languages, other communities. The hard part is trust and bookkeeping: who sold which key, how much they still owe you, and what happens when a key is refunded. PWF Auth handles that part. You give each reseller an account and credits, you set the prices, and they make keys for their customers from their own portal

How it works in one minute

  • You add a reseller and give them credits
  • You set prices: what each kind of key costs in credits, for example 30 days for 15 credits or lifetime for 100
  • The reseller signs in to the reseller portal and makes keys for their customers, paying with those credits

How a reseller pays you for credits is between you and them. The panel keeps the books

Add a reseller

Open Resellers and add one. You choose:

  • Which app they sell: you can let them sell your other apps too, later
  • Username and password: what they sign in with. The panel can make a strong password for you
  • Starting credits and PCs per key, at most: keep it at 1 unless your program allows more
  • Public name and contact: your app can show them to the customer who bought the key, so customers know whom to ask for a renewal

A window then shows the portal address, the username and the password, ready to copy and send. The password is not shown again

Set your prices

Without prices a reseller cannot make keys. Each price is a length (days, or lifetime) and a cost in credits. You can change a price, take it off sale or reorder the list at any time, and a change never touches keys already sold

The time of a reseller's key starts when the customer first signs in, exactly like your own keys

One reseller, several apps

A reseller can sell more than one of your apps with the same account and the same credits. Each app sells at its own prices, so a key of your Pro app can cost more than a key of your Basic app. Untick an app to stop them selling it: the keys they already sold keep working

Credits you can trust

Add credits from a reseller's row, or take some back (never below zero). The note you type shows in the reseller's history, so write what it was for, such as "Paid 20 USDT". Every move is kept in the Credit history

Credits are spent when a reseller makes keys, and when they add time to a key they sold, at the same price per day the key was sold at. Set a Warn below line, and when their credits drop under it the dashboard alerts you and their portal tells them to ask for a top-up

Refunds without arguments

  • You delete a key a reseller sold: its credits go back to them automatically
  • You ban it: you choose whether to give the credits back. A key that was shared or misused is usually banned without a refund

A sale is refunded only once, and after a refund the key is yours: the reseller can no longer change it

Stay in control

Open a reseller to see their balance, their sales, their last sign-in and their keys. You can give them a new password, suspend them (the keys they sold keep working), ban every key they sold, or delete the account. In the activity of every key, their actions show with their username, so you always know who sold what
