Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms apply when you use PWF Auth (pwfauth.com): the website, the panel, the reseller portal, the API, the SDKs and the Telegram bots. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use PWF Auth
1. The service
PWF Auth lets developers issue licence keys for their software, bind them to machines, check them while the software runs, and manage customer accounts, resellers, updates and texts. It is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we will say so on our Telegram channel when a change matters to how you use it
2. Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. Turn on two-step sign-in; it protects your keys and your customers
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you give access to, such as your resellers and team
- Keep your app secret inside your program. If it leaks, make a new one in the panel
- Tell us at once at support@pwfauth.com if you think someone else is using your account
3. Your software and your customers
- Your software, what you sell, your prices and your relationship with your customers and resellers are yours. PWF Auth does not take payments; the credits you give resellers are your own arrangement with them
- You are responsible for your software following the law and the terms of any service it works with
- Your program sends us data about your customers (see the privacy policy). Tell your customers about it, and only send what the service needs
4. Fair use
Do not use PWF Auth to:
- protect or spread malware, ransomware, stealers, or anything that harms the people who run it;
- commit fraud, sell stolen accounts or data, or break the law;
- attack, overload or probe the service beyond normal use, or get around its limits and protections;
- get into accounts, apps or data that are not yours
Found a security problem? Tell us privately at support@pwfauth.com (also in security.txt) and give us time to fix it before you talk about it
5. Availability and your data
We work to keep PWF Auth running and back it up every day, but it is provided "as is", without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of what matters to you: you can export your keys from the panel at any time
6. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or is used for something in section 4, and when that happens its keys stop working. Where we can, we tell you first. You can stop using PWF Auth at any time, and delete your account and its data yourself at the bottom of your profile
7. Liability
PWF Auth is free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost data, or indirect damage caused by using the service or by it being unavailable, and the protection it gives your software is not a guarantee that it can never be cracked or copied
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we announce important changes on our Telegram channel. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms
