Give your app its own Telegram licence bot, for free
Connect your own Telegram bot to a PWF Auth app: customers claim their key, see the time left and move to a new PC; your team makes and bans keys from the chat; and a buyers' group lets in only people with a valid key
Your customers already live in Telegram, so that is where they look for help with their key. With PWF Auth, each of your applications can have its own Telegram bot, with your name and your photo. Customers manage their keys there, your team works from the chat, and a private buyers' group stays for buyers only. It costs nothing: you make the bot yourself in BotFather and connect it in a minute
Connect a bot
- In Telegram open @BotFather and send
/newbot. Pick a name (what people see) and a username that ends inbot - BotFather answers with a token like
123456789:AAE…. Copy it - In your panel open the Telegram bot page, pick the application, paste the token and connect. The page checks the token, gets the bot ready and sets its command menus
- Open the owner link that appears (a button or a QR code) and press Start. Your Telegram account becomes the bot's owner. The link works once, for 15 minutes
The token is stored encrypted and never shown again. One bot serves one application
What your customers can do
- Claim a key:
/redeem, or simply send the key. A key claimed by one Telegram account can't be claimed by another, and ten wrong keys in ten minutes pause the sender for a while - See their keys:
/mykeyslists each key with its status and the time left, and a New PC button - Move to a new PC:
/resethwidfrees the key for a new PC, by your app's own self-service rules - Join the buyers' group:
/vipgives the group link to people holding a valid claimed key
The bot only ever finds keys of its own application, and it answers in the private chat only. A command typed in a group gets a short pointer to the private chat, and a warning when someone pasted a key there
Your team works from the chat
Under Team on the bot page, make a one-time link (15 minutes) and send it to a helper, or scan its QR code yourself. Up to 10 people, each an owner or staff. From then on they can:
/create 30 5 2 note: five 30-day keys for 2 PCs each, with a note (0 days makes lifetime keys)./createalone asks with buttons/info KEY: status, time left, devices, sign-ins, who claimed it and which reseller sold it, with buttons to reset, ban, add 30 days or delete/ban KEY reasonand/unban KEY,/resethwid KEY,/addtime KEY 7,/removetime KEY 7,/delete KEY/stats: the app's keys and who is online right now
Everything goes through the same code as the panel, and shows in each key's activity with the helper's Telegram name, so you always know who did what
A buyers' group that guards itself
- Add your bot to a Telegram group or channel as an admin, with Invite users via link and Ban users
- Pick that group under Buyers' group on the bot page
The bot makes an invite link that needs approval, and approves only people holding a valid claimed key. Every 10 minutes it removes the people it let in once none of their keys is valid any more: expired, banned or deleted. They come back after a renewal, and people the bot did not let in are never touched
Make it yours
Write a welcome message of up to 600 characters: the first thing customers read, followed by the command list. Activity shows the last 25 things people did with the bot, with refused ones in red
The full guide, with every command, is in Telegram bot
