Use the Service to manage your own software's licenses. Don't use it for illegal stuff, don't try to break it, and we'll do our best to keep it running. We can suspend accounts that abuse the system. You can leave whenever you want — it's free, no strings.
These Terms govern your use of the PWF Auth license-management platform (the "Service") provided by PWF Auth ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1 Account & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One human or organisation per account. You may create multiple apps under a single account.
2 Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage other systems.
- Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Violate any law or third-party intellectual-property rights.
- Bypass rate limits, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Resell or rebrand the Service itself as a competing license-management product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.
3 Pricing
- PWF Auth is 100% free — every feature, unlimited, forever.
- No credit card is required, and we will never charge you.
- You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
4 Uptime
- We target 99.9% monthly uptime and publish live status at pwfauth.com/status.php.
- The Service is provided "as is", with no contractual service-level guarantee.
5 Your data & intellectual property
- You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide the Service.
- We will never use your data to train AI models, sell it, or share it outside the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export or delete your data at any time.
6 Our intellectual property
The Service, including all source code, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of PWF Auth. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7 Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses to protect its own — at minimum, reasonable industry-standard measures.
8 Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to US $100. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
11 Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.
- We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, with at least 14 days' notice for non-emergency cases.
- On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PWF Auth is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
