Let people help with your app without sharing your password

PWF Auth teams give a helper their own access to one of your apps: pick a role, tick exactly what they may do, set a daily limit, and see every change they make, with alerts on Telegram

Sooner or later you need help: someone to answer customers, reset a PC, or make keys while you sleep. Sharing your password is the wrong answer. It gives away everything, including your app secret, and you can never tell who did what. A team lets other people help with one of your apps without your password. Each person signs in with their own PWF Auth account, does only what you tick for them, and every change they make is written down for you

Invite someone

  1. Open Team in the sidebar and pick the app
  2. Type the email of their PWF Auth account. No account yet? They make one for free with that same address
  3. Pick a role, change the ticks if you want, set a daily limit if you like, and send the invitation

They get an email, a Telegram message when their account has Telegram, and a badge on their Team page, where they accept. An invitation stays open for 7 days, and an app can have up to 10 members and invitations together

Pick a role

A role is a ready set of ticks. Change any tick and the role becomes Custom

  • Viewer: sees keys, customer accounts, sessions, reset requests, the dashboard and analytics. Changes nothing
  • Support: Viewer, plus adding or removing time, pausing and resuming, resetting machines and answering reset requests, banning, unbanning and ending sessions
  • Manager: Support, plus making keys and accounts, editing notes, customers, PCs, variables and passwords, Updates, and Texts & slides
  • Co-owner: Manager, plus deleting keys and accounts, downloading the key lists, and Rules

A member sees your app on their own pages with your name after it. Buttons their role doesn't allow are simply not there, and the server refuses them anyway

What always stays yours

Whatever you tick, some things never go to a member: deleting the app, its settings and its secret, your resellers and their credits, the bots, the app-wide switches such as Freeze all and Revoke App, the leak tracer, and the team itself

A daily limit for key makers

For a member who may make keys or accounts, set the most they can make in one day. Past it, making keys is refused until the next day, and you get one Telegram message about it

See everything they do

Team → Activity lists every change a member made: who, what, which key or account, and when. The list stays after you remove someone. When your account has Telegram, you also get a message when:

  • someone accepts, declines or leaves
  • a member makes 20 or more keys or accounts at once
  • a member deletes or bans 10 keys or accounts within 10 minutes
  • a member reaches their daily limit

Change or remove someone at any moment

New ticks or a new limit count from the member's next click. Removing someone takes effect at once: their next click on the app is refused, and the app disappears from their pages
