Team

Let people help with an app from their own account: roles, permissions, a daily limit and an activity log

A team lets other people help you with one of your apps without your password. Each person signs in with their own PWF Auth account and does only what you tick for them. Everything they change is written down for you, and you can take them out at any moment

Inviting someone

  1. Open Team in the sidebar and pick the app (when you have more than one)
  2. Under Invite someone, type the email of their PWF Auth account. No account yet? They make one for free with that same address
  3. Pick a role, change the ticks if you want, set a daily limit if you like, and press Send invitation
  4. They get an email, a Telegram message when their account has Telegram, and a badge on Team. They press Accept there

An invitation stays open for 7 days. An app can have up to 10 members and invitations together

The invitation is tied to the email address. A forwarded link does nothing for anyone else: only the account with that address can accept it

Roles and permissions

A role is a ready set of ticks. Change any tick and the role becomes Custom

RoleWhat it can do
ViewerSees keys, customer accounts, sessions, reset requests, the dashboard and analytics. Changes nothing
SupportViewer, plus: add or remove time, pause and resume, reset machines and answer HWID reset requests, ban, unban and end sessions
ManagerSupport, plus: make keys and accounts (Generate, Import, New account), edit notes, customers, PCs, variables and passwords, Updates, Texts & slides
Co-ownerManager, plus: delete keys and accounts, download the CSV and TXT lists, Rules

A member sees your app on their own pages with your name after it, like Nova (Ahmad). Buttons their role doesn't allow are not there, and the server refuses them anyway

What stays yours

Whatever you tick, these never go to a member:

Daily limit

For a member who may make keys or accounts, you can set the most they make in one day. Past it, Generate, Import and New account are refused until the next day, and you get one Telegram message about it that day. 0 means no limit

Activity and alerts

Team → Activity lists every change a member made in the app: who, what, which key or account, and when (hover the time for the full date and their address). Filter by person. The list stays after you remove someone

When your account has Telegram, the bot also tells you when:

  • someone accepts, declines or leaves
  • a member makes 20 or more keys or accounts at once
  • a member deletes or bans 10 keys or accounts within 10 minutes
  • a member reaches their daily limit

Their changes also show in the history of each key in Licences and each account in Users, under their email

Changing and removing

  • Change sets new ticks or a new limit. It counts from their next click
  • Remove takes them out at once: their next click on the app is refused and it disappears from their pages
  • A member can Leave a team from their own Team page
  • Deleting the app removes its team and its activity
Give each person the smallest role that does the job, and ask them to turn on two-step sign-in. The member list shows who has it off
