C++ SDK 1.4: works on networks that block pwfauth.com
C++ SDK 1.4 is out: if a network blocks pwfauth.com (e.g. Etisalat in the UAE), the client now reaches the license server through pwfauth.net automatically.
Update PwfClient.cpp, PwfClient.h and ProductionPolicy.h from GitHub and rebuild.
