  1. Improved

    Country flags, and who changed a key

    • Sessions: every running copy now shows its country's flag next to the IP and the city; hover it for the country's name. The same on the Dashboard (Online now and Activity).
    • "by PWF Auth" in a key's activity: when our support changes one of your keys at your request (for example a ban, a machine reset or ending its sessions), the key's activity says so, instead of "by you". Sessions ended by our support show as ended from the panel.
    • Analytics: the bars of the top lists now line up.
  2. Improved

    All SDKs: work on networks that block pwfauth.com

    Every SDK now works on networks that block the name pwfauth.com (e.g. Etisalat in the UAE): when a request gets no reply at all, the app reaches the same license server through pwfauth.net automatically, and stays on it.

    • .NET: PWFAuth 1.6.0 on NuGet: dotnet add package PWFAuth --version 1.6.0
    • Python: pwfauth 1.4.0 on PyPI: pip install -U pwfauth
    • C++: 1.4 on GitHub
    • SDK generator (all 10 languages): download your code again from the SDK generator

    A reply, even an error reply, is never sent to the other name; the signing key and every check are the same. Update and rebuild your app so your customers on those networks can sign in without a VPN.

  4. Improved

    SDKs send once more when a connection drops

    When a request gets no reply at all (Windows error 10054, "connection reset"), the client now sends it once more on a new connection. A reply, even an error reply, is never sent twice.

    • PWFAuth 1.5.2 on NuGet
    • pwfauth 1.3.1 on PyPI
    • the C++ client 1.3.1 on GitHub
    • every file from the SDK generator

    Update and rebuild. All SDKs

  5. Improved

    The REST API, for any language

    No SDK for your language? The same API is plain HTTPS and JSON, with the encrypted envelope and signed replies. The SDKs page and the home page now show it next to the SDKs. API reference
