Dashboard

Getting started, alerts, the cards, who is online and what happened lately.

The dashboard is the first page after signing in. It answers three questions: how many customers are using my apps, is anything waiting for me, and what happened lately.

Get started

A new account sees five steps at the top: create your account, add your first app, make a key or an account, connect your program, and turn on two-step sign-in. Each step that is still open has a button that takes you there. Connect your program ticks itself the first time a copy of your program signs in. The list goes away once all five are done.

Alerts

A line shows up under the steps only when something needs you:

AlertWhenThe link opens
Keys end soonActive keys reach their end date within 7 days.Licences with the Ending in 7 days filter.
Accounts end soonThe same for customer accounts.Users with the Ending in 7 days filter.
Refused sign-ins5 or more refused sign-ins (wrong key, wrong password, refused key) in the last hour. The Important tab of Activity, on the same page.
Resellers low on creditsAn active reseller has fewer credits than the Warn below line you set for them.Resellers with the Low on credits filter.
Keys look sharedA key was used from too many addresses, too often, or from two countries too far apart within minutes, in the last 7 days.Licences with the Suspected leaked filter.

When everything is fine there is no alert at all.

The cards

CardWhat it counts
Active licencesKeys in use and not past their expiry. The line under it shows how many started this week.
Online nowCopies of your program that checked in within the last two minutes.
Sign-ins todaySuccessful sign-ins since your midnight (the time zone in Profile), compared with yesterday up to the same hour, so the morning does not look like a bad day.
Keys issued todayKeys generated or imported today, and how many of them resellers made.
Ending soonKeys and accounts that end within 7 days. Its chart looks ahead: the next 14 days, so you can see a wave of renewals coming.
Reset requestsRequests from customers who changed PC and wait for your answer.

The other charts show the last 14 days; hover a day to see its number.

Online now

Every running copy of your program, newest first: the key or account, the app, where it is (country and city from its address) and how long it has been signed in. Copies that are still signed in but stopped checking in (the program froze, the PC went offline or was closed without signing out) come after them in amber as Not answering, like on the Sessions page. Click a row to find that key in Licences or that account in Users. When nobody is online, the box tells you when the last sign-in was and from where, so you can tell a quiet hour from a broken program.

It shows up to 50 copies; the full list, with search and the buttons to end a session, is on Sessions.

Most used

The five keys and accounts with the most sign-ins, with their app and their last sign-in.

Activity

The latest events of all your apps: sign-ins, refused keys, bans, resets, time added, and the changes you make in the panel. The same event many times in a row is folded into one line, for example Signed in ×8. A country code on the right says where a customer was; by you marks your own changes.

  • All shows everything.
  • Important hides everyday traffic (sign-ins, sign-outs, first activations, update downloads), so bans, resets, refused sign-ins and changes stand out. The panel remembers the tab you picked.
Online now and Activity refresh by themselves every 15 seconds while the page is open. Typing in the search box at the top filters them; press Enter to search your licences instead.

The sidebar

  • The numbers next to Sessions and HWID resets are live counts: people online, requests waiting.
  • Pages marked Soon are still being built.
  • Collapse shrinks the sidebar to icons; the panel remembers your choice.
  • The green dot on your picture means the panel is connected. It turns amber when you have been away and grey when the connection is lost.
