Resellers
People who sell your keys: credits, prices, refunds and their portal.
A reseller is someone who sells keys of one of your apps for you. You give them an account and credits, and you set what each kind of key costs in credits. They sign in to their own reseller portal and make keys for their customers, paying with those credits. How they pay you for credits is between you and them; the panel only keeps the books.
Add a reseller
On Resellers, Add reseller asks for:
- Sells keys of: the app. A reseller sells one app; give someone two accounts to sell two.
- Username and password: what they sign in with (3–32 letters, digits, _ . -; usernames are unique on the whole platform). makes a strong password.
- Starting credits (optional) and PCs per key, at most: the most PCs one of their keys may work on. Keep it at 1 unless your program allows more.
- Public name and public contact: your app can show them to the customer who bought the key (the seller block of the sign-in answer), so customers know whom to ask for a renewal. The reseller can change these themselves.
- Note: only you see it.
A window then shows the portal address, the username and the password, ready to copy and send. The password is not shown again; you can set a new one later.
In the list and in the side panel each reseller shows with the profile photo they set in their portal, or their initials.
Prices
Without prices a reseller cannot make keys. Add a price sets one kind of key: its length (days, or lifetime) and its price in credits, for example 30 days = 15 credits or Lifetime = 100 credits. The name is optional (“30 days” by default). On the Prices tab you can change a price, turn it off sale, delete it and set the order resellers see them in. Changing a price never touches keys already sold.
The time of a reseller's key starts when the customer first signs in, like your own keys.
Credits
on a row (or Add credits in the side panel) adds credits; Take back removes them, never below zero. The note you type is shown in the reseller's history, so write what it was for (“Paid 20 USDT”). Every move is kept: open a reseller and look at Credit history, or the History tab for all of them.
Credits are spent when the reseller makes keys (the price of each) and when they add time to a key they sold. Adding time costs the same price per day the key was sold at, rounded up: a 30-day key sold for 15 credits costs 4 credits for 7 more days.
Refunds
- You delete a key a reseller sold (in Licences): its credits go back to them automatically.
- You ban it: the ban window asks whether to give the credits back. Banning a key that was shared or misused is usually without a refund.
- Revoke App and Ban their keys (side panel) ask the same.
A sale is refunded only once. After a refund the key is yours: the reseller can no longer change it. The key's side panel in Licences shows who sold it and for how much.
Manage a reseller
Click a row to open the side panel: balance, sales, last sign-in, the format of their keys, their prices, and an edit form. From there or the row's menu:
- Their keys: opens Licences filtered to the keys they made.
- Their keys look like: your app's format, the standard key, a format you type for them, or The reseller chooses (they set it in their portal). Same rules as every key format: at least 8 #.
- New password: signs them out everywhere. Turn off their 2-step when they lost their phone: it turns off both the authenticator app and Telegram approval. The side panel shows which one they use and the Telegram they connected.
- Suspend: they are signed out and cannot sign in or make keys; the keys they sold keep working. Turn on again undoes it.
- Ban their keys: bans every key they sold, with or without a refund.
- Delete: type the username to confirm. The account and its credit history go; keys they sold keep working.
The reseller portal
Resellers sign in at /reseller/ of this site (the Reseller portal button opens it). It has its own sign-in, so you and a reseller can use one browser. What they can do there: Reseller portal.
In the Activity of the dashboard and of each key, their actions show with their username: Sold by a reseller, Time added by a reseller, Banned by a reseller and so on.
